These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Leon Kolaski and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of us, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.

Payment Terms

1. Initial Deposits:

This page outlines the terms for the payment of an initial deposit required to secure services provided by Energy Mastery®, referred to as the "Payee."Initial Deposit Amount: Payers are required to make an initial deposit in the amount specified in the agreement between the Payer and the Payee. This deposit is crucial to secure and confirm the requested services.

Automatic Payment Method:

Automatic Payment Method:​Late Payments: Any payment not made within 30 days of its due date will be considered late, and a late fee of $20 will be applied.​Default: In the event of default on this Agreement, the Payee reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including, but not limited to, cancellation of services and forfeiture of the initial deposit. Further details can be found in the main agreement.

2. Modification of Agreement:

Any modification or amendment to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

3. Refunds and Credit Towards Future Events:

Payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or inability to attend the specified event, the amount paid may be applied as a credit towards participation in a future Energy Mastery® Foundations training organized by Leon Kolaski.

4. Event Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If the scheduled event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Payee, the Payer's purchase will automatically be applied as credit towards a future event. This credit is valid for use within 180 days from the date of the canceled event. The Payer and Payee will collaborate to identify a suitable alternative event location within this timeframe.

5. Scope of Services:

Payee agrees to deliver the following services to the Payer:

2-Day Energy Mastery® Foundations Class: Comprehensive training sessions focused on Energy Mastery® techniques. Payee will also receive an Energy Mastery® Foundations manual.Certification: Upon successful completion of the Energy Mastery® Foundations Class, the Client will be granted a certification acknowledging their achievement. The certificate will be mailed to the participant after the attendance of the event.

Payments

No refunds will be given anytime after 7 days of our first session or for any subsequent healing sessions or event ticket purchases. No refunds will be given for any of the packages other than a single energy session package.
